EXCHANGE OR CREDIT POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days for a credit or exchange.
- Merchandise must not be worn or altered.
- Merchandise damaged as a result of wear and tear by the client will not be granted a credit or exchange.
- Merchandise must be returned as it was originally sent. Tags on.
- Hair accessories, hats, and earrings cannot be returned.
- Goods that are received damaged, due to a manufacturing issue will receive an exchange on the item for the same product subject to availability. A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
- Sale items may not be returned.
