EXCHANGE OR CREDIT POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days for a credit or exchange.
  • Merchandise must not be worn or altered.
  • Merchandise damaged as a result of wear and tear by the client will not be granted a credit or exchange.
  • Merchandise must be returned as it was originally sent. Tags on.
  • Hair accessories, hats, and earrings cannot be returned.
  • Goods that are received damaged, due to a ¬†manufacturing issue will receive an exchange on the item for the same product subject to availability. A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Sale items may not be returned.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
